Let's face it, how many people still use a real phone book? Not many.
How many people use Google or other search engines to find what a particular company has to offer?
Simply put, a lot. I have found that many will choose some place else if they cannot find out what that
business has to offer.
It is best to have an online presence even if it is a single page outline what services you offer, in what areas (location), and a way to contact your company.
